Unfortunately there is not a magical button that you can push to make your child lose weight. The best way is to take a wide-ranging approach which includes the following:
1. Support your kids to make healthy changes to their everyday life. 2. Encourage your child to become more active. 3. Make it easy for them to eat healthy. 4. Set a good example for them by being more active and eating healthier yourself.
